Install mounting blocks with holes toward center of unit.

1. Unpack contents of box and lay out for assembly.
2. Unfold legs from stand and push down on center of cross members to lock in place (Fig 1).
3. Install blocks shown in Fig 2 by first making sure top holes are off-set toward center of stand. Align top holes of each block with holes on bottom of frame. Start 2 screws per block (do not tighten as yet).
4. Align bottom holes of blocks with holes in stand. Place washers onto screws and install through bottom of stand and into mounting blocks. Once these 4 screws are started, go back and tighten all 8 screws mentioned here.
Operation
1. Remove pinch roller and place coil onto rollers as shown in Figure 3. Replace pinch roller to prevent coil unraveling.
2. Feed the coil down between the rollers and out between the score guide and score bed (see parts list for additional view).
3. Place unit approximately 18 inches from brake (see below).
4. Pull coil from unit into brake. Note: Coil should pass freely through brake without hitting brake castings. Score or cut to desired length

Load coil between rollers and under score guide.
Center coil so material pulls freely through brake.
As seen on right, center unit so coil passes freely through brake. Leave enough room between tools to operate QuickScore™ or TrimCutter™.
Using With QuickScore™
Step 1 Extend to length. Step 2 Flex along score. Step 3 Separate along score.
Extend coil to desired length. Engage QuickScore blade against material . Run blade along entire width of material.
Flex coil down then up along the score line Coil will separate along score line.
Using With TrimCutter™
Step 2 Run TrimCutter along width of coil.
Step 1 Extend coil to length.
1. Extend coil to desired length.
2. Place TrimCutter onto guide tracks. With one steady motion, extend tool along entire width of coil until cutting wheels clear material. Re-move tool when not in use.
