Setup
1. Always operate tool with the track bearings fully engaged with the tracks located along the brake anvil.
2. Always remove tool from brake prior to making bends. Failure to do so can damage tool or cause injury.
3. This tool is designed to form various contours into standard trim coil stock. Call plant for information regarding use with heavier gage materials.		 1. Using the hex wrench, remove the bottom 5/8" screw and washer. Slide bottom brick mold die off.
2. Remove the top 5/8" screw and washer. Slide top brick mold die off from axle shaft. Set dies aside.
3. With the spacers still in place, align the top rib die over the bottom rib die and slide onto axles simultaneously.
4. Replace washers and tighten both 5/8" screws.
Changing into Crown Molding Dies
As seen in drawing, insert top crown molding spacer onto top axle shaft. Align the top and bottom dies together with the bell of the top die facing inward. Slide dies onto shaft at the same time. Replace washers and screws. Reverse instructions to reinstall brick mold or rib dies.
Note: Above are several examples of trim work enhanced and improved using TrimFormer™. We recommend making practice runs on scrap material until you become familiar with making more advanced designs. For your convenience, we have step by step instructions for making a design using any of the Die Sets.
