Note: Use the following as a
guideline for forming basic brick mold profiles. Once familiar with this
shape, practice making other variations until satisfied
with results
1 With the finish side of the material facing down in the brake, clamp material in brake with the leading edge extending outward.
2 Align the 1 1/4 inch "A" mark along the stainless steel edge and bend 90 degrees.
3 Align the 5 1/4 inch "D" mark along the stainless steel edge and clamp in place. Extend TrimFormer™ along entire piece of material
4 Cut or score the trim piece at the 4 1/4 inch "C" mark Align the trim piece "B" mark along the stainless steel edge and bend 90 degrees.
Forming Ribs Note: Adding ribs to your trim work will increase it's beauty as well as strengthen larger pieces against warping, kinking and oil-canning.
1 With the finish side of the material facing down in the brake, clamp material in place.
2 Align the 3 1/4 inch "A" mark along the stainless steel edge. Lock in place and make a standard hem. Next, align the 1 3/4 inch "B" mark along the stainless steel edge, clamp in place and bend 90 degrees.
3 Align the 5 1/2 inch "C" mark along the stainless steel edge and clamp in place. Extend TrimFormer™ along entire piece of material
4 Remove the piece from the brake and reinsert with the finish side up. Align the 5 1/2 inch "C" mark along the stainless steel edge, clamp in place and bend 90 degrees
