Mark I Series and Mark II TrimMaster® Brake Installation

Step 1. As shown, position UniLeg™ under brake with retainers slightly forward of the base rail lips. Lower brake onto flat surface of the retainers and slide forward into retainer channels. Step 2. Extend latch plate over rear base rail lip and tighten securely with T knob. During use, periodically check tightness of T knobs. Repeat these steps with opposite UniLeg™.

Lower Trim-A-Brake™ onto flat top surface of UniLeg™ making sure to insert front base rail lip into retainer channel as in Step 1 above. Place latch plate lip over rear base rail lip as shown (rear of the latch plate should be seated into grooves in rear retainer). Tighten T knob and repeat on opposite end of brake. Lower Trim-A-Table™ onto flat top surface of UniLeg™ making sure to insert front base rail lip into retainer channel as in Step 1 above. Place latch plate lip over rear base rail lip as shown. Tighten the T knob and repeat on opposite end of tool. Check T knobs often and tighten as needed.

As shown above, once you have installed both UniLeg™ supports, position each 1/4 to 1/3 (of the tool length) in from each end of tool.

For Trim-A-Gutter™ (shown left), position legs even with ends of base rails. Tighten T knobs and retighten as needed.
