60 items will be given away at no cost to the winners drawn. No purchase necessary to enter. You can enter to win our website here. Each month, all entries will remain in the drawing for additional chances to win, one registration per person please. These prizes are intended for our end-users and contractors. Dealers please refrain from entering. Winners will be selected on the last business day of each month in 2024, and will be notified via email or phone. Prizes will be shipped within 10 business days to winners located in the Continental US and Canada. The prizes cannot be exchanged for other prizes or for their cash value. By entering to win, you are allowing us permission to add you to our email newsletter subscription, and to use the first letter of your name & your last name in all prize announcements. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of entrants.

Official Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

1. All entrants must reside in the Continental US or Canada, must be 18 years or older. Void where prohibited by law. Winners must not be current owners or employees of Van Mark or its distributors and dealers.

2. By entering you agree to our sweepstakes rules. Van Mark has the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify entries at our sole discretion.

3. Entry in the sweepstakes will be permitted between December 20th 2023 through December 20th 2024.

5. Prize drawings will be done on the last business day of each month for prizes like tools, accessories, and promotional gear. There will be 4 TrimMaster MK II brakes (TM10-S) given away, one per quarter. The winners for these will be drawn on the last business day of March 2024, June 2024, September 2024, and December 2024.

6. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of entrants, but 60 prizes will be awarded during this sweepstakes.

7. Random winners will be selected from the entrant pool. Winners will be contacted by email or phone and will have 10 days to respond, or the prize will be awarded to another winner. Van Mark is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning. (examples include but are not limited to, incorrect email submission, incorrect phone number submission, spam, or junk filtering of emails)

8. Sweepstakes participants agree to allow Van Mark to use the first letter of their first name and their last name to promote the sweepstakes without review, notice, consent, compensation or renumeration.

9. One entry per person please. Any suspicious entries will be automatically disqualified. Van Mark has the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the sweepstakes at our discretion without notification or warning.

10. Entry in the sweepstakes constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless Van Mark and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees etc., against all claims of liability, illness, injury, death, loss etc. that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the sweepstakes. Additionally, any disputes relating to the sweepstakes will be handled directly without legal intervention. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

11. Winners list will be available upon request with abbreviated names to maintain privacy, in January 2024.
